  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Items that are damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
  3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the return authorization number.
  4. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.

Refund Process:
