Eligibility Criteria for Returns:

• You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
• Your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
• Your item must be in the original packaging.
• Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• Items that are damaged or altered by the customer are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return:

1. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
2. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return your item(s).
3. Pack your item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible, and include the return authorization number.
4. Ship your return to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping:

• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that we receive your returned item.

Refund Process:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above and place a new order for the desired item.
